... Recruiters are removed from job not seen any Manager has been removed from Job.Targets should be given according to his Salary.Not according to your wish.If targets are high then give more requirements to that person.

The boss is hyper, loses temper on the floor. Without understanding the situation. People are not evaluated based on their skills. Entire office work on opinion & seniors mood Typical evaluation is how long you are sitting in front of the system you are hardworking . You might be wasting time too. Does not spend on Tech, looks for free software online , but should understand that they do not come with customisation. In the present entire software too not investing in customisation. Which is adding to a lot of manual work , resulting in time & effort waste

TASC is kind of dream job place to work in.. because of the team members ,managers and principal working there..Each and every member of tasc family is so supportive and the work culture is so amazing..We can have good balance between work and family..they value each members contribution in work whether it's small or big.. Thanks TASC family for giving me an amazing experience of working there

Just recently started at TASC, before was with FREELIGHTS MARKETING company... both the above are dealing with the same client ie HTC... So far it's a good experience working with TASC, everything is dealt with emails regardless of any conversations to be done.
