The culture is very supportive to its employees. It has decided not to layoff any employee or deduct salary of any employee. The policies are very friendly with open culture and stressing on learning and developing its employees. The company offered flexible working hours and arranged work from home even before the country lockdown and has hugely benefited the employee to reach to their families in time.

I have worked on different projects as a project associate and consultant in this organization. TARU is a good company to enhance your technical knowledge under the guidance of great team leaders. Demonstration and monitoring under projects was very helpful to gain practical knowledge. Working environment and company policies were also good. I am extremely thankful to this company for giving me opportunities to learn and explore my knowledge.

There is no things to dislike in the company except job security.
