Promotion and salary growth is not good, there's no proper Promotion policy in place. Not a hybrid work company, no work from home

Good salary hikes, monthly fun activities, townhalls and performance awards. Overall, it's a good startup with learning opportunities, and is growing very fast.

WFH options are only 1 per week. It should be at least 3 WFHs every week, so that we can take care of our household matters while working for office.

Salary and promotion was average and can be better

...te a happy culture, and most of the team members feel content and are very nice. However, the salary growth is very average at the senior level. Also, appraisals didn't happen on time. Long-serving employees deserve better than average hikes. Since the company is doing well now, and revenue has picked up, so salary growth should also be better for senior employees in the near future.
