- Not using the latest programming language and frameworks. (It's fully depending on ASP.NET) - They are not bringing client projects on their own efforts; they depend on employee interviews. - They fire using silly excuses - Director has no anger control (which affect employee emotion)

it's a wonderful place to work tools and technology up to date, good learning experience, the work environment is very dynamic and there is no limit for salary and pay for the right candidates.
