Carrer growth is slow ,in same year complete schooling in same department but some one working as a assistant manager how it is possible.

Job security was in highest degree. Manpower is highly valued for TAQA. Salary was fantastic. Traveling policy, work environment, innovations, etc was in highest degree. I have very good experience with TAQA and I would like to take this opportunity to state my opinion that TAQA is the best company that I worked for. Thanks TAQA.

TAQA HEAD QUARTER GIVES EVERYTHING TO EMPLOYEES BUT INDIAN TOP MANAGEMENT MISSUSE EVERYTHING

Cast biasing, corruption by middle and top Indian management even though everything knew by Taqa head quarter abudhabi but they never take action

Very worst culture. Top management (MD) not capable to handle employee . Not capable both technically and commercially . TAQA good but here indian top management people not good , fully corrupted environment

Very very worst cultural company. It is very difficult to change its culture . people from outside operate the company .

Good work environment. Taking more than sufficient measures to combat Croon virus & protect employees & contract employees. Supporting employees in all the ways in this pandemic.
