There's nothing good to talk about this company except the fact that the tea coffee are free here.

Dislikes

...y feel that i have wasted my 30 months of time here I learned nothing from here. There is 0 % job security in this company, they can sack any resource in the name of cost cutting irrespective of their so far performance.

Tapzo was a good company to work with. People around were too friendly and over all loved working with Tapzo. Sad to accept that the company has been shut down.

Dislikes

Sometimes it used to be hectic due to the leave policy as there was no fixed offs there used to be a rotational week offs and had to work for entire week which would lead to a hectic week.

Tapzo had a very Friendly work environment, there was a lot to learn and i gained a lot of exposure working with the company.

Dislikes

There was no job security and after a certain point there is very less personal growth.

Work was good, steep learning curve, ownership, good engineering problems and deep discussion around it. good people and organized work style. Cool culture.

Dislikes

Product head used to control everything even in terms of engineering timelines. other cofounders seemed like puppet of his and a waste CTO who was more like HR. No perks.
