Worst Company . Take employee on contract basis and before salary day HR asks to sign a new amended agreement that notice period increased to 1 month. As per First contract its 2 days for employees can inform and leave the company. If you sign then they process the salary else they terminate employee and delay the salary payment . Multiples follow up we had to do. So recommend if you join the company take the salary and be absent or Abscond handover company asset, on the next day as per agreement they terminate as you not turned back other than nothing they will do .

Dislikes

Unethical practice by company and HR . Amended contract 3 times for a contract employee. Every time they come up with new clauses. No proper process and unethical HR

CEO only need to remove the people when he Don't need to keep u he is even seleting may be he don't have any other works he is good at removing people don't do that u have more experience use it for good things arjun

This is not even company just 15 people in office that contract when ever they want without informing they will remove before removing u should give notice or mail or something basic thing it is this also this people won't follow
