The company should work much on supporting workers through salary and bonuses to avoid unsatisfactory.

The job security is good based on the orders we get from buyers , but i really 0appriciate the company because even when there was low season there was no job redundancy and employees were paid as normal. Work culture is good because there is no discrimination of gender,age people with disability while recruiting new employees hence this creates good opportunity. Tooku is well managed and the company policies are well maintained. No violation employees rights and this creates a good environment for work. During corvid19 the company adhered with the WHO rules by washing hands , putting on face mask and social distancing to all employees and entire management.
