1. No Issue regarding Salary. Salary always come on time. 2. some people there are supportive and helping nature. 3. this company is good for working as fresher for short term period. ( maximum 1 year)

Dislikes

1. A lot of politics there. Seniors will give their own work to juniors. your work will not get any recognition. no matter how hard you work for them. seniors will take all the credit of your work. 2. Management is not good. the manager also has his own company. Hw mostly focus on his own company work. he also give some of his own company work to this company employees. 3. Favoritism in the workplace. A lot of deserving candidate leave this company because they don't get enough recognition of there work. manager will give promotion to those who he likes but not based on knowledge and skills. that's why senior doesn't have any good knowledge and skills. they are only good at political work. there is one guy (don't want to disclose name because he is currently working there) who directly promoted as team leader who hardly worked on one project and had 3-4 months of experience. there is also other guy who worked more than 1 year with good knowledge and skills and tackled many problems. He doesn't get promoted because of all this reason , this company is now facing losses.

They are not increased the salary compensation and cancelled all the leaves for all employees in Covid-19 and company policies just on paper

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow and there is no improvement in skills for employees and they hire for software test engineer position but they send on tour for 2 to 3 months do validation and Installation that is not our job but all software tester are helpless and if any one not going for tour on client side then their management will take decision resign the company or we will terminate you from job so all software tester are resigning their job form this company and there is no growth in this company and career is wasted in this company and every senior people are showing that they know everything technically but no one has proper knowledge and our QC dept manager having zero knowledge in Testing what is the use of becoming a manager if you don't know the simple flow of testing and procedure that is of no use .

Speaking or knowing good English is the first requirement for good increment in an IT company where technical knowledge doesn't matter & this is the only reason I left this organization CEO is very inspirational personality, straight forward & only because of him company is alive HR & few members of management have zero knowledge of company's product Still they are surviving & ruling on employees who really work hard just because of "chat-ing" skills

Cons: A big Long list: 1. No working environment. 2. Founder is manner less. 3. no one has any views on what they are working. 4. Complete family run business. 5. No job security as CEO of the company can fire u any time that to without reason. 6. No point of view for employee. 7. No employee engagement programs. 8. HR have no idea why they are hired for they have their internal problems. 9. No vision of the company. 10. Lack working culture. 11. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month. 12. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace and career growth. 13.They have PAN india client so they can aboard u any time on any location for several months and this applies to any department ie. Development,Testers,Hardware,Peon, Sweeper or courier man anybody who is their employees 😂😂 Advice to Management No Advice as they can not improve in any case.. Just one thing please do not play with some one's career.
