Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like in this company ,

No benefits are provided as promised. They do not provide salaries on time. We do not get the final settlement after coming out of the company. The work done in this company is not considered anywhere for software engineer. They don't even have basic requirements like proper drinking water, handwash and washroom will b smelling always, whenever some client visit schedule at that time they clean everything
