Like to work at company outlet. Not on franchises payroll, Franchises are making company name in terms of job security and the works they are eating incentives. Please stop giving tanishq store to franchises. It's a humble request.

...athan Tata ji. Long hour work more the 14hours we have worked in this store. They dnt give incentives on time and salary please remove all the franchises

...chise store there's no job security, no appraisal, no extra benifit for staff... Everything is only take away salary... Franchise owner gives preferences to their own family members, half of the store runs according to them.. partiality between male & female staffs

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am liking Tanishq show room atmosphere like a family and other executives also behave like a family members. No ego's so i like tanishq

In Vijayawada Tanishq like a third party franchise so no promotions and no cadar and salary increments are very low hike on yearly 1000 rs will be increasing so, i dont like on that basis.

Want to give more salary to work with the organization because the life span balance is very less to maintain the life of been the paid by the tanishq salary to getting the benefits.......

I don't have enough to maintain the life of paying salary to me....Am very disappoint to give less salary and work for more time...And am not getting the inside the store most of all am doing job outside the store.....So
