Like to work at company outlet. Not on franchises payroll, Franchises are making company name in terms of job security and the works they are eating incentives. Please stop giving tanishq store to franchises. It's a humble request.

...chise store there's no job security, no appraisal, no extra benifit for staff... Everything is only take away salary... Franchise owner gives preferences to their own family members, half of the store runs according to them.. partiality between male & female staffs

Target pressure which creates mental stress,low salary, no growth in terms of position and salary after giving almost 8yrs, no criteria of salary package e.g. old employee get less salary than new joining, no employees friendly company only target pressure, no job security,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
