Any company can't be bad actually their people can make it good or bad and all this things depending on their senior employee like HR department manager and store manager and calegue I did work in tanishq jewellery approx one year's there is so much pressure for sales target but this pressure was at individually level at store because company make us to realize our target but manger daily daily pin point but this pressure can't be at every store because at some store their manger are nice so they behave and take nicely with their working under person. Titan company gives every months target and you have to achieve and if do not achieve continue three months then they will give warning or may be transf or may be you have to give resignation. One important things if you give resignation once then they will never accept your rejoining but they will not say becase they will say that there is not any vacancy. I have experience like I was sick and gave resigne and after one month's I was trying to rejoin then their HR department said there is no any vacancy but when I called at reception point then security told me that interview is running so you can come and give interview. One more important things when I gave resigned then went a HR head office then there nobody did ask and there was no any existing interview and even during form filling of resignation a person was there his name was mehul when I ask where have to give or write reason for resignation then he told me that you don't write we will write it then I was not surprised actually I was shocked . While work you will get turn to attend customer and in tanishq there is one rules that if you will not enroll a Golden harvest policy then there manger will going to stop your turn so how will you achieve your target?
