Like to work at company outlet. Not on franchises payroll, Franchises are making company name in terms of job security and the works they are eating incentives. Please stop giving tanishq store to franchises. It's a humble request.

...chise store there's no job security, no appraisal, no extra benifit for staff... Everything is only take away salary... Franchise owner gives preferences to their own family members, half of the store runs according to them.. partiality between male & female staffs

Salary comes on time that's best part of company. Disciplined approach to everyone. Best coligues understanding with eachother.

Too much Work pressure, Unstability, no work satisfaction, too much professional management.

In franchisy store level salary is too much poor. I'm working from 2018 to still now no promotion. If any one think to work here i suggest him or her don't be stupid. I'm too much struggling here.

The benefits and facilities which company has for its employees are great.Thumbs up for that but it includes some pressure of targets which is increasing day by day.The staffs are well groomed and well in culture and you will have a healthy atmosphere working there.

Salary hike per year is not so high.Create a lot of pressure for achieving targets,the chances of getting promotion is very tough to achieve.
