Please don't join to this company. Worst company, doesn't treat their employees well, there is no job security, they will terminate with out any notice. No ethics . Worst company I have ever seen in my life.

...are signing for. They will not give time to read also. Work culture is very bad. There is no job security, they ask us to leave immediately, they will not provide salary for notice period also. Daily we have to work for 12 hours atleast. After doing so much of work also they will not be satisfied.

One of the aspects I appreciate most about working at Tangoe is the people I have the opportunity to work with. The team that has employees with more than 7 to 8 years with Tangoe here is incredibly talented, supportive, and collaborative whether it's brainstorming new ideas, tackling challenges, or celebrating success within the team.

Dislikes

One aspect that I find challenging about working at Tangoe is the perceived lack of alignment between the pay scale and growth opportunities for older employees with market standards. who actually carry domain knowledge which is very important for this company. This impacts morale and hinders the retention of valuable talent.

I am associated with Tangoe since 8 years and work in Advisory Services team. Tangoe has an excellent work life balance, management is transparent and company policies are well structured.

Dislikes

The only thing, according to me should be improved is compensation.

Nothing is good about this company no hike for years. Management will only gives preference to those people who are running behind even if those people are good for nothing. The employees who are performer they would never get growth. Only selected people will get IJP's.
