SUPPORT & MOTIVATION to each department varies. Some are very well supported whereas other depts. Are left to go dry resulting in resignations. Lot of politics within a small bunch of people. People don't motivate you here. HR dept. Is horrible when is comes to employee welfare. No appraisals No promotions No growth HR policies are horrible HR is not open for communication, even if open it's just one way traffic. HR policies inclined only towards how company will benefit and not the employee should have been 50-50 or at least 60-40 (60 to company) Employee engagement and retention is zero Micro management Very biased environment

Good exposure to learning new skills and improving your technical knowledge. You will learn more than just what the position requires. Senior team is very supportive with regards to helping you out.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to market standards. Facilities in the office are average. Confusing hybrid work system.

Nothing as such . Not a good company to work

Weird working culture , weird policies . Lots of favouritism. No appraisals. Salary is very low. They will provide you just 9k per month for trainees. HR dept is worst. There is no professionalism at all . They have no communication with the RPA team , they do everything on their own . Many senior people got laid off here even though they were talented . Some people get all the benefits , whereas other people don't. The so called senior guy from the HR dept is not employee friendly, he tortures everyone . Even though many of the employees reported as well as many employees resigned from work because of the same reason . Till now there has been no action taken against him . If it had happened in any other company , he would have been kicked out. Overall not a good company to work with .

Great place to work and significant opportunities to learn and grow. I joined this company only few days ago, but during this time, I have had the opportunity to gain a variety of experiences. The company prioritizes employees satisfaction while also seriously considering the skill development of its employees, creating an environment where I can truly feel my growth. I would definitely like to recommend this workplace to my friends.
