...nd strictness, you will feel like you are in school.They don't let you breathe. You will end up working from office and home without extra pay. Incase if you are looking for job change, you won't be able to appear for interviews due to lack of time. 3 month notice period is not enatained for micro companies. I have seen people getting stuck their for this reason. This is also a part of plan of the owner (employee retention).

If you are willing to work day and night, this is heaven for you.

... accept the contract, you cannot leave the company in between for any condition. In case if you want to leave within the contract period, they have a policy you need to pay 1 lac rupees + 3 months of the notice period or else you won't get your certificates and documents back. If you have good knowledge, they won't let you leave easily even after the contact is over. They will even butter you if needed. If you lack knowledge or are unable to deliver, they will throw you out any day, no mercy. They will make you work 10 - 12 hrs a day, but you cannot fill timesheet for more than 8 hrs, as that becomes legal evidence.

Salary on time. Only another point is if you are fresher and want to learn for next 6 months then good for you BCS after that you will leave it on your own .What you have to do is surrender your self to that owner only for day and even for night, pls don't take me wrong for late night online meetings 😅😅.q

Work day and time then also that person Mr. Owner will not be happy. During office time you have to work and there is fixed night meeting where you have to join that meeting. For ex- like if you have left office by 6 pm after by 8 pm you have to join a meeting with that same person Mr. Owner who was sitting with you in that same office and meeting will usually ends by 12 am and even after that mine was 2:30 am. So u can have idea of work life balance and after that again in the morning you have to reach by 9:30 😅. And if you are coming from another city so please be aware during Diwali and other big festivals they will never allow you to go to your home even if you will say that You can deduct your salary then also very very very toxic people they are. Actually they usually hire people from another cities only so that they can disturb you even at night. Owner is Gujrati and even his gujrati partners are also disappointed by him due to his gujrati behaviour, in such type of company they have same behaviour like a lala ji sitting on a Galla😅. And you will be labour , I will say your situation will be worst BCS that labour will not work after leaving that shop , but you have to 😂😂😂..feeling sad for you people.

Micromanagement will blow your head, Low pay scale and not a single compensation or benefit, moreover work-life balance is not there, and you will not get overtime money as well.
