The worst thing about the company is provide very low salary and they don't increase annual increament .company suppose to be think about on this matter if anyone wants to be promoted they take a lots of time for change thier position which is not good for any employee.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management. Company policies are good,appraisal are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 two years contract which you can not resign and there can not worklife balance.

Company is good but in Operations Division BIASNESS is a big problem, most of the senior level management consists of Arabic speaking (non Saudis) if you are a non Arabic speaking they will treat you in a lowly manner as a lowly being.

All the managements like routine of employees and maintaining the products like fresh food and checking of expiry date of products are all excellent. If I talk about the company policies is great. Overall the tamimi markets is the key company to achieve a goal to your carrier in the field of fmgc.

Dislike is just they give the opportunity to grow but they do not increase the salary.
