LTD, T.B.DAM NEAR HOSPET KARNATAKA STATE COMPANY POLICIES VERY RIGID AS IT WAS A GOVERNMENT OF INDIA UNDERTAKING AND A PUBLIC SECTOR FACTORY

RESIDENT ENGINEER A TECHNICAL PERSONNEL WAS A VERY GOOD NATURE AND STILL I REMEMBER HIM AFTER 38 YEARS UNDER WHOM I WORKED FOR 07 MONTHS .NO REGRETS ON SITE MANAGEMENT

Good working exposure for learning aspects and enhancement in skills development. Company Policies are good, Company facilate for employees very well & good. Job secure in this company.

Teammates and Management are not transparent. There is lot of politics within the department.

Team mates are good, but upper management is worse, ther is no one in this company who regret his decision of not coming here.

Dislikes

Upper management is worse in India. Every thing only works on paper, upper management works only for audit purpose, and actual condition of plant is worse, everyonehas to do double shift twice in a weekdue tovery low manpower.
