My Overall experience at TalkValley as a graphic designer is really great. Amazing culture, flexible work timing, On Time Salary and The Best part is the director of this company don't make you feel like a Employee. He will treat you like a friend that's the best quality of a leadership.

I have been working at TalkValley fot the past six months, and I can honestly say that it has been one of the most rewarding experience of my career. As a software developer, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and technologies, including ElasticSearch, Express.js, Node.js, React.js, AWS, Mongo administration. What sets TalkValley apart, however, is the emphasis on holistic skill development beyond just software development. through my work here, I have gained valuable experience in product management, project management, team management and user experience design. This has allowed me to approach projects with a more comprehensive and strategic mindset and has helped me to build more performant and user- friendly systems. I am grateful that I have been given multiple raises within just a few months of employment, without even having to ask for one. Overall , I would highly recommend TalkValley to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding work experience.

Sometimes you could have to work outside of your flexible hours for team meetings but that's not a big issue .

Mentorship, flexible timing, growth , appraisals, working with the latest tech, are there but i learned some of the most important skills you as a developer need to propel your carrer like how to approach a problem , always ask why we want to solve a problem before diving deep into the rabbit hole of fixing it , my communication skills improved drastically , I would recommend this company for people who want to improve their critical thinking, learn and improve as a software developer in general

I have had the pleasure of working at TalkValley for the past year, and it has been an incredibly enriching experience. I have learned so much in this organisation. Since it is a startup, one gets the opportunity to work with almost everyone, which brings out the team player in you. Your work is recognised and appreciated. Regular promotions and hikes are a big plus. Timely payment and work life balance is what makes this organisation one of the best orgs that I have ever worked in. Note- I recently came across a troll who is impersonating me and is trying to post false information using my details (soft skills trainer). I have reported it and hopefully it will be taken down by the team soon.
