I have learned so much in this organisation. Since it is a startup, one gets the opportunity to work with almost everyone, which brings out the team player in you. Your work is recognised and appreciated. Regular promotions and hikes are a big plus. Timely payment and work life balance is what makes this organisation one of the bestorgs that I have ever worked in. Note- I recently came across a troll who is impersonating me and is trying to post false information using my details (soft skills trainer). They treat you like a person not an employee. That’s reflected how management approaches employees no yelling n screaming about challenges just collaboration n ideas. I worked for 7 years and always enjoyed the work culture. I would highly recommend to work here if you are looking to work with some great minds.
