Nothing to like when it comes to policy.

Dislikes

Policy 1: They keep original documents (10th, 12th mark sheets) of employees to keep it with them for the duration employee is working in the organisation. If employee want it for personal use they need to submit the supported document 15 days prior & they have to submit it within 48 hours. If they fail they ask 1 month salary from employee. Policy 2: They deduct 10% from employees monthly salary as a performance variable & pay usually 70-80% after a year. They do not include the performance variable component straight as it will cause they more loss. Policy 3: Both of the policies will be told to the candidates when candidate will be called to the office. They will ask candidate to bring the original documents for verification & then once candidate is in the office they put the policy & offer there & then. Throughout the interview they will not tell the candidate about the policy.

...nure, requiring a 15-day notice and submission within 48 hours for personal use. If you fail to do so, there would be one-month salary deduction. 2. 10% deduction from the monthly salary as a performance variable is enforced, with a delayed payout of 70-80% after a year( that too with unnecessary deductions) 3. You have to serve one year bond, failing which you need to serve one month for free. 4. Working hours are 9.5 hrs with a half an hour break. There is an inhospitable work environment as there is no as such half-day policy (even if you are too sick and you urgently need rest). 5. Worst leave policies, you have to fight for your own rightful leaves. 6. Reluctant to provide work certificates unless notice periods are fulfilled . If you won't serve notice, they would either force or else would treat you absconded. 7. They have mentioned buyout policy in "so-called" HR policies, however if you are ready to do that, they would say it's not applicable for you. 8. They would not compensate if something happens with your laptop. Company is running by two insensitive and inexperienced individuals. No SOP for work is there. Regarding COO, I have one word which is 'a show-off' whose presence in office would only be felt in just making videos and reels (that too copied). They can do anything for the sake of camera, and to make themselves superior in front of their social media family. They will never acknowledge anyone's work efforts, and would show true Colors at the time of appraisal or when you decide to leave company. Biased with their favourites and neglects everyone else. Regarding CEO, definitely don't know how workflows should be managed. Hardly be seeing interacting with anyone (other than their own birthday or company anniversaries ). The biggest team you would find here would be the customer support (which makes sense as even the customers are irritated with them), second would be HR team who just hires another HR. Last but the not least, the most rudest and non-cooperative HR who don't know how to talk to an employee. A super arrogant, argumentative, authoritative and unsympathetic (you may call dictator) person who would not acknowledge your conversations once you put down you papers. Never seen such a HR in entire life. HR is just the puppet of management, the hardwork would be in vain as they would deduct your bonus without specific reason. The management is unsupportive in every sense and would harass till your last day.Such companies should stop doing scam and illegal activities. Once you resign they would show you actual colors by disrespecting you in every sense, showing unprofessionalism and tactfully molding their conversations in such a way to prove you wrong. Horrible company, horrible experience, a big NOOOO to anyone going to apply here!!!
