... chilling. Company HR is not taking any action on written complaint via email. Salary on time.

Management; Non people management senior. No background verification for any employees. Seems that manager either hire in the relation or bribe.

... was good. Everybody was co-operative. Job security depends on performance only. Salary is decent and incentives are very good. Too much learning for fresher. Overall experience is good. I like the incentive plans here

Career growth is very slow. There are no good opportunity for learning after a limited time. Sorry to say that Growth given to the specific people only. Work pressure is very high. Taking a leaves also very difficult even in emergency.

...r freshers. You can learn grow rapidly in this company specially in sales team. Incentive structure and salary disbursement process is smooth.

Sometimes you could fell over pressured or over stressful for sales target. It might depends from person to person. Sometimes need to do overtime to achieve your target.
