I had joined the organization as a fresher and have learnt a lot of new skills required for an program management executive. I upvote TalentSprint when it comes to acquiring new skills and especially as a fresher who wants to learn professional skills.

Dislikes

Very poor work culture and low salary. People working hard do not get proper payment and the managers exhaust them with more and more workload. Most of the male colleagues have a very unprofessional behaviour and have mental stigma about young, ambitious and potential women who do not abide their free personal life advices and take their revenge out at work level. Work environment is very toxic and I was working during my week offs and after office hours. No time for recreation or personal life especially in my domain.

I think TalentSprint is one of the company where work culture is very good. And employees stays in this company for a long time due to its culture. Especially in content & delivery team, the learning is high, permanent work from home, no micro-management, no corporate or office politics, gives opportunity to learn and grow, appreciate your effort and work. Managers and higher management are very chill and they understand our concerns and helps a lot.

Dislikes

There is not much issue in this company but only thing is the salary and appraisal. It is a bit less when compared to the industry. I guess it's 20% less than the industry. But since they have given flexibilty and permanent work from home it makes this job a decent one. But still if you want to grow and switch you need to put a lot of effort to make a decent shift.

Great Place to learn and to grow as a person.

Dislikes

I am struggling with work-life balance at my company. The employers are extremely rude and show no sense of responsibility. Since I started working here, I have not been able to maintain a healthy personal life. The people in the company are quite immature and there is no appreciation, no matter how much effort you put in. There is also too much politics involved and if someone points out something wrong, their life becomes a living hell in the company. Additionally, there is no safety for women who work late, as no company cabs or buses are provided. Overall, while this company is a great place to learn, the people and culture make it the worst place to work in.
