I am struggling with work-life balance at my company. The employers are extremely rude and show no sense of responsibility. Since I started working here, I have not been able to maintain a healthy personal life. The people in the company are quite immature and there is no appreciation, no matter how much effort you put in. There is also too much politics involved and if someone points out something wrong, their life becomes a living hell in the company. Additionally, there is no safety for women who work late, as no company cabs or buses are provided.
