Owner's and HR Sourabh diwakar is fraud. Don't trust company norms and HR. They are cheater people. HR used to remove staff salaries. He is 12 fail & deserve World's wrost company Janardan farm resort.

... everyday. They used to expert cheated people. HR Sourabh diwakar is 12 th fail. He is delaying salary 45 days company norms. After that he is excusing to delay salary 75 or 90 days. Then provide one month salary. Theses people are fraud and cheater deserve that. You can't mention your experience on resume. You will feel so emabrased.

... supportive and it felt like a family. The issue was the HORRIBLE working hours. They would make you work for 12-14 hours and pay you peanuts. Once you enter their premises and sign into the logbook, only your boss will tell you when to leave. Which totally depends on their mood haha. Had to travel an hour to get to the property, 12 hours of work on an average and an hour back to my home. Barely got any time to do basic activities like sleeping/talking to family. The off days felt like the second coming of Jesus Christ every single time.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst company to work for. Women are not safe in this company in Taj lands there were camras found in the ladies washroom and the hr department was begging us to not file a police complaint against them to same their brand image.

...afe here then what's the use of this company, why such a big name a hollow name. Other than this long working hours with no extra pay. Less salary more work, no training just you are put to work straight away.

...all happy with work n timeing . But more happy to work this company in odc . Odc was earning more salary . Company is best . Thanks to God and my friend they help for me lot in my work .

Odc was earning above cdp salary . In this company. Senior not at all happy . Salary is very less n less ware I work .in other taj hotel r best salary.
