My mentor was very supportive and there were a few seniors/colleagues that helped discover new avenues of my profession. And I did get to learn quite a bit from my fellow employees

The work life balance was non-existent. The management was unsupportive and the pay to labour ratio was terrible. Overall taj needs to work a lot on how they handle mismanagement, employee shortages and busy seasons. Because during my time there, all I saw were frustrated unsatisfied employees who were burnt out due to constantly high expectations but not support from the company in terms of resources or facilities.

COVID 19 every one knows getting super of money but my IHCL Taj hotel company give salary 10 months without work .. I so proud of my Taj hotel I love to work Taj hotel is like a small government employees.. great hotel

Less salary compared to your skills and qualifications. There is no work life balance. Proper benefits are not being discussed with the employees by the HR. When you ask for your benefits, you have to actually beg for it, you feel shamless and pathetic about yourself. Unnecessary politics, i will not say-politics doesn't exist, but here it is like the culture and that's why lot of time is wasted due to which work, life balance is disturbed. They talk about "Mutual Respect"- trust me they really need to read about it in detail. Management is more interested, what's going on in your personal life, accordingly you are being judged. Hence, leaving this place was the best decision ever.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.
