There is no job security even if you worked for 3 years they will demotivate you and the management was poor they will spend money unnecessarily they wont give salary properly 3 months once or 2 month once half salary

teammates wont work we need take care of work but credit goes to team leader, they wont give any training no job security , no career growth for anyone , no appraisal for 4 years salary wont be proper company runs only in politics , no learning , work environment is poor no proper food provided
