First of all,safety is worst, for all the GET's the compensation is very low. many people secured their job in that company only by experience not by skill.on overall, environment is worst,people are worst,company is running in profit.profit is all their need. fundamental needs

Poor documentation which will help you to make you to do tons of mistakes and nobody will scold you

Right from salary and the polluted environment everything. HR policies will make you feel like a hell as there will be no support. Terrible management.

...rson who take decision that is final decision no management cannot do anything.. Not proper salary. In short not a good place to work and for growth of career.. Company do not want degree holders to work they want donkey to work.. Company rule are don't work just be good to boss you will get good increment..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, and also, there is no on-job training for freshers.

They use different unit operation like Distillation, filtration, Drying, Evaporation which is useful for learning and knowledge Development

Poor Management especially HR . They don't even consider your opinion. They won't give respect to the Traine engineer's. In production department no one will teach you anything about technical stuff. Poor work culture. No job guarantee just like that they will kick you out.
