Company is good, you can easily manage your working life or personal life, and job is secure, work are easy, no high pressure of work. Shifting time is good and working time is 8.30 hours.

Dislikes

Salary is very low, no promotions and no salary increment for lower post and DET's. Only one benefit, canteen food, which is also not so good, here you can't get any dress code and bus service or any safety equipments. No much yearly leaves. And many more.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There ia a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue, salary is very less and career growth ia slow, there is a bond of 2 years but there is not full chance for going permanent

Their is nothing in this company that an employee can feel good about it. This company doesn't have proper management to handle the works. In this company you only can do is passing your time just for minimal survival.👎🏻
