I do not like work culture and work environment. They even don't give resignation acceptance, salary slips and experience letter that is very important for any employee.

Likes

Tacky Minds had prepared in the early stages of the pandemic. We initially tried work from home to ensure that all the employees could work properly without any obstacles. So now even we are working from home, it's all good. There's no load. We can work in our time and utilize in other things. Also while working at the office, it was made sure that after every once in a while our systems, table, chair and other belongings are sanitized properly.

Dislikes

It's a good place to start off. But office politics is what you hate the most. The seniors keep on taking advantage of their position. Also career growth is slow and also salary hike. It's hard to get a hike on your salary.
