First up all HR Not responding any mails and calls. They are not paying salary for me, and also not provided documents. One of the Worrest company I never seen. Don't trust this type of companies.

As an organisation it has no process, no response to their employees, no job security, no projects literally they want money to be earned by selling their employees talent but they provide nothing from their side. Just transfer some money from client and keep rest of it. No work ethics at all. If the current project is done u have no assurance of mapping to next project you are out of job.

Dislikes

HR Team doesn't work at all. If you have any problem they will not help you at all. Expect delay responses or no responses at all, even if the Director is in the CC as well. No professionalism at all, they will ping you on whatsapp even if they have communication channel in the organisation.
