Salary comes on time, work environment is good. You can learn a lot. But if you atr becoming more familiar at this olace with your boss and co. boss then your countdown has been started.

Dislikes

You are getting a few in learning and no complete training. It's a very small startup so can't expect career growth. They will not give you travel allowance very hard shift timing. Owner is a great politician..if you arr working their then do forget your family. Work environment is not well balanced and more important is that you will not get to know your designation and work role because it always changes as like they changes company terms and conditions in every week.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
