1. For GET ,Design engineers good opportunity to learn as you will be working. 2. Compensation given here is slightly higher compared to competitors. 3. Less politics within Team.

Dislikes

1. Micro management from incompetent managers/Leads 2. Preference for H1B/L1 visa is more than skilled employees. 3. Almost dead HR functionality. 4. Strict 9 hour work policy. 5. No cab facility. 6. No headphone policy. 7. All the work is extracted from junior engineers and reward is nothing. 8. Growth path is very meagre.

1. 9 hrs working time, 2. You don't get promoted, 3. Job security is nothing here, you will be surprised by getting laid off suddenly, 4. There is nothing to develop your skill in bim department. Managers with zero knowledge only relay on you. If you know something you need to do manager work aswell, 5. Work satisfaction is a hell, 6. Company culture is worst to the core, recently changed management making this company as much as toxic as they can. You don't even get a tea here.No employee concerns here. Upper management became deaf and dumb about issues. 7. 3 months of notice period 8. No projects in Bim department 9. Please don't spoil your career by coming here, look for a better opportunity.

Likes

Flexible timing but need to maintain 9 hrs a day excluding Lunch or break. Onsite opportunities but need to wait for suitable positions that to once in a moon while. Moderate work load.

Dislikes

Fake promises on onsite opportunities at hiring stage. Politics and favoritism prevails, less action by Management on this regard to maintain equal opportunity. Not a standard process for Appraisal. No major learning process. Individual to learn on his own.

One of my worst decision is joining talltech. If you are really skilled please don't join this company one of the worst company and you don't get proper work even if you know anything you will forget when you join here and worst HR and worst management.
