No headphone policy. 7. All the work is extracted from junior engineers and reward is nothing. 8. Growth path is very meagre.

Everything. No proper strategy, Every week new strategy, hiring & firing the sales team frequently. Seriously business heads have no idea what's happening

Work life balance in good, work from home option available, hr policy is good, flexible shift

Pantry is not good, canteen is worst. No good promotion and hike. Some managers and team leads are useless, they knows nothing.
