No job security, organisation has no salary paying capacity to staff.. Employer ki najro me aap hmesha gadhe ho. Unnecessary late sitting and rude behaviour with employees..

The owThe owner's behavior is very bad; he has no sense of how to talk. The staff keeps changing all the time, and there is no job security. He just uses professionals for timely compliance and then removes them. The work environment is extremely toxic—it's better to stay at home than work there. There is no work exposure.
