You will get lot of free time as there is literally no much work coming in. Management is struggling to get new projects. But fortunately I got very good team mates.

...terally any work to do. We have to go to office just to satisfy the requirement. Pay is average. HR is very annoying. Once you plan to quit HR treats you very rudely. Happened to one of my friends. No opportunity for growth as they are simply hiring people and keeping them idol.

standard salary. Work life balance is good, because European influence. Skill development portals are there but certification cost not covered by company.

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.

Used to be good. But yes, a lots of good things, but only from the past. Currently, I don't see anything good other than drawing salary and staying billable.

Dislikes

Used to be great. But after all the top level management politics, it's loosing its essence. Projects are drying out. They are not tolerating the bench period. You can get an email from HR for a meeting and they will fire you, blaming you about not having a project. Nobody knows what the sales team is doing? The good culture is slowly exiting and the toxic culture is replacing it. Teams are not to be blamed, but it's the top management level politics that ruined the company environment.

For compensation T Systems is best where no variable applicable. On boarding process is quite good. Rest all depends on your project and Reporting Manager / Sr Manager.

In my case for project specific, It was Toxic work culture. People were work in silo and independent. No knowledge sharing, they are Divide and Rule. Even my reporting manager see my desktop screen without my permission 😡
