no salary hike, no promotion, no entertainment, no good food in cafeteria , no flexibility in work from office days

Work culture is good and I find it a bit employee-centric. Though there are politics at the management level.

Variable pay is abolished in the year 2021 but when the variable is used to be a component folks use to get more than 100 percent but increments are not as per market standards.

standard salary. Work life balance is good, because European influence. Skill development portals are there but certification cost not covered by company.

Dislikes

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.

Only good thing is salary and group medical insurance, Bargain before you join the company

Micro management No culture, it’s just in policy document Selfishness, partiality and everything is present No rewards or badges No proper hikes Stressful managers, who torchers the employees Many more I can say They calculate for every 30mins your alwa or not.

For compensation T Systems is best where no variable applicable. On boarding process is quite good. Rest all depends on your project and Reporting Manager / Sr Manager.

Dislikes

In my case for project specific, It was Toxic work culture. People were work in silo and independent. No knowledge sharing, they are Divide and Rule. Even my reporting manager see my desktop screen without my permission 😡
