Do not believe on stake holders they can ask you to do anything whether it was agreed or not Before signing read the documents carefully Before joing take the salary breakup in written. Advisable not to join Behaviour of stakeholders is pathetic

Did not find anything motivational.

Dislikes

Working there was nightmare. They have no proper rules for anything. Make employees work on weekends with any compensation for that. No personal life at all. Even after leaving the job they give bad reviews about employee.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
