...w domains quite risky.(Example Covid, many airlines were closed upto 2 years) 2. Management has to cross check the salary standards and implement. Getting good compensation helps employee to perform much better

Lack of technology and not exploring things other than banking and airline domain, when we have wide range of opportunities sticking to limited not good for company.
