... in schedule day to day or week to week. Working evenings weekends and holidays. No ability to move up hardly and if you can it's likely a pay cut. Pay cuts in commission have been brutal. I'm making thousands less now than I was a year or 2 ago.

Horrible pay, horrible promotion system (nonexistent for 2 years due to "hiring freeze" and "leadership changes"), not a great place to learn and challenge yourself
