Management is pathetic, even the HR is not helpful, not approachable, management always says no for any and everything. No requests are catered, no employee recognition programme, no appreciation whatsoever.

Dislikes

Management is very volatile in decision making with respect to ground level employees. Agents working style is also to be blamed for it as they know the loop holes in the system they are working on and take disadvantage of the same.
