...me new ideas . I am working in Bangladesh project which is controlled by India . The due salary were paid to me as per contract . During COVID lockdown in Bangladesh , Indian office had limitations to provide support regarding medicine and evacuation .This was not beyond anticipation .

Dislikes

Compensation is Decent and the machinery towards the payment of Invoices work sometimes with extra push . The practice of inclusion of CV in central data bank is absent and therefore the BD team do not consider the talent available in-house and they depend on outside Recruitment Consultant for finding new talents and not using available talents inhouse .

Very poor salary packages & benefits with No(Zero) job security at all, they kicked out all the related employees when their need is over & once they have completed there work & projects.

Nothing much, the company is not what it was like few years ago. It used to value its employees and provide security but that is completely erased from it.

Dislikes

...e company, but unfortunately, it has significantly declined in the recent years. The work life balance is almost non- existent, with employees often expected to work long hours without proper compensation or recognition. The benefits package has also deteriorated, offering less than what you’d expect from a company of this size and stature. Job security is shaky, with frequent restructuring and layoffs creating an unstable environment. Overall, Systra is not a great place to work that it once was, and it feels that the company is more focussed on its profits rather than valuing it’s employees.
