Job security is zero, they hire until they have project ! good for freshers , but try looking out job as soon as you complete 6 month's

...t care about employees they just see you as an asset, 1.No medical insurance 2.They deduct 30% salary as a variable, so don't fall for CTC 3.No job security, they can fire you within day 4. You need to use your personal machines for WFH 5. No Extra allowances are provided 6. No PPF provided 7. No work-life balance 8. No Caferia . 9. If you are fresher every day , they threaten you for salary 10. No sat off

Did not like anything in that company. You can not balance your personal life and professional life. No job security are there and you can not take any leave in that company and the very worst thing is that they will always tell everybody while roming in the office or talking each other that they will throw everybody from company and the managers are also not good because they don't have their own opinion about anything. And one more thing is you have to work all seven days it means every Saturday is working days and one or two Sundays you have work and by luck you will get 1 or 2 Sunday off otherwise have to work all days.

Everything is bad.
