There is nothing to like while working in this company, except to go to work like going to bording school.

No likes only fully disappointed before joining this company hr will say like we have all those things and all but after join this look like hr. no powers only have one project that is not good very poor technical people all are doing research no one right people from developer task will assign to admin people they will ask to work on that if not they will fire that No right recruitment process No technical managers one scrum mater that he dont no anything he will decide that who will work that tasks Not good in process design I strongly recommended that dont join this company one day notice they will fire you

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
