...er working here, finding opportunities in reputable companies becomes difficult. Additionally, they have a very unconventional salary account setup with HSBC, which isn't even listed in most corporate banking options. The benefits you get here are minimal compared to what other companies offer. The management, especially the Regional HR Manager and their assistant, lacks professionalism and treats the company as if it were their personal property. They do not follow proper exit formalities—sending important exit information to personal email addresses instead of using official communication channels. There is no structured exit process in place. Regarding salary, don't expect much. Yearly increments are either nonexistent or extremely low, typically between 1% to 2% at best. This is my real experience and an honest review of my time at India Systal. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and growing career.

Great learning, Flat Hierarchy, people are so helpful here, you never feel you are a junior or senior, great opportunity to work upon, offshore and onshore, brilliant culture, Sytal Technology Solution is brilliant. They hear you out, help you with training and the whole team works hard and parties harder.
