no training, not visit to head office since joining. Almost a salary deduction every month since April 2020.,No appraisal, No Salary Increment, No learning, No R&D, No new product launch since last 3 years, products are not available, only wants to generate the business on others money, No manufacturing, No base no plant. Zero work-life balance.

Syska company is good and my career started in this company , compare to other companies salary is to low , and expenses also , so many products are available, so easy to learning maney types of goods.
