Here Job security is Nill, No HR, No Management, No leave policies, any decision depends on woners mood. There is no appraisals here, No increment,in last three years I never heard for anyone frim any state. Yes one thing is good during pandemic lots of companies deducted there manpower but Syska never do.

Dislikes

Employee will get the salary for 11 months on working for 12 months. Company will deduct one month gross salary from CTC and it's been mentioned in offer letter that will be given to the employee on the month of dewali, but that never happened. There is no career growth policy, Every new employee choose and interviewed by woner only without informing to State head and Sale's head. No training policy. No job security here, suppose you are working well and giving your best but unfortunately one fine morning you may see someone has joined in place of you it mean you will be asked to resign or transferred in other states. during pandemic also each employee worked in market, coz if employee wil not punch there attendance then company will deduct their salaries.

More than 5month salary &13th month Expanses not given company and not any response mail and call. All Employees are crying. We are very poor conditions. Pls some on help. For release my salary &Expanses.

No timely Salary. ( Avg 2months pend) No timely expenses . ( Avg 8 mth pend) Pending PF. ( Avg 8 month pending) No structure tgt or review . None responding HR team even not bother to pick up employee phone during working hour. No gadgeted holidays. False commitment by MD to the channel partner and employe.

From Mar 23 onwards salary not given to any employee, earlier also salary was coming 45 days late to all, From oct 22 to jun 23 PF deducted from salary but not deposited in PF office, Yr 22 to 23 form 16 not issued to employees Management has NO respect, No values to their own words Full Indian LALA culture Owner abuses to their employees

... culture in co. All the higher position people are worst. Do not enter in syska. Intentionally not giving expense & salary delay by the management.
