Worst company to work

Dislikes

No work culture. Everyone is boss here. You have to report individually whole day to entire HO team whether internal support ladies or HR even if they don't understand anything about product or customers. Your salary can be held and deducted anytime. How long you will survive depends on how much you can compromise your self respect. They will exploit you as bonded labour and make your life a hell.

Management and senior persons are supportive. But internal support team are worst. And be ready to report each case to each person individually whole day coz everyone will prove to be your boss here. Worst experience of my career.

About the Culture & Colleagues especially my Project head was fantastic. Excellent technical skill.

Worst Management. MD son doesn't know anything but he has taken over the company and changed some policies and the entire company became collapsed.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
