The way leadership team treats there subordinates is appreciable. Leaders are genuinely interested in there people and there growth. They do not give a guilt trip when we commit mistakes, like big fortune 500s do. I love working here.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Minimum interferance and flexibility, since it is WFH they give the freedom to work as per our convenience.

Don't see growth opportunity, no incentive or bonus, the experience from this kind of job is not going to help anywhere. Despite the experience, will have to struggle to get new job cz this doesn't provide skill development.
